Iced Rose Water
Say, hey! Andreas makes rose water drink with rose water. It's
delicious, like drinking roses. It's easy.
Make a sugar syrup. Boil
sugar and water, add the rose water. Boil for a bit. Sorry, don't have
proportions, but it seems that he uses about one-half of a bottle for
about 2 quarts or a bit more of rose water drink. Cool the syrup, add the
juice of 2 or 3 lemons. Dilute with water to make a half gallon.
It's
pretty sweet and very exotic. Great to serve with curry. Chill it, and
serve over ice!!
